Pitchfreaks Academy Refund Policy

Effective date: September 25th 2022

 

Criteria for Full Refund

Pitchfreaks Academy members (Members Accepted before Sept 1st, 2022)

1. A request made within 7 Days of receipt of payment or extended, if applicable, as required by "Right of Recision Law" or its equivalent in your place of residence --Not to exceed 31 days 


2. A request made after 1 year, based upon meeting the following criteria:

QUESTION 15: Do you commit to fully participate in the membership, specifically to attend at least 1 live group call per month, complete 1 lesson every 3 weeks and share your progress in the private Facebook group at least 1 time per month?

If you Answered "YES" to question 15 in the Pitchfreaks Academy Application and have NOT met the above three commitment criteria (specifically "Share your progress in the private Facebook group at least 1 time per month") then you are NOT entitled to a refund.

There are no "PARTIAL REFUNDS" available to Pitchfreaks Academy Members. You are either entitled to a FULL REFUND or NO Refund.

Please Re-read the agreement below that you agreed to upon submitting your payment to Pitchfreaks, Inc.

 

You are making a 1 year (12 month) commitment to the Pitchfreaks Academy Skills building Membership. The $2,497 Onboarding and Success Orientation Session fee waived. Your $4,997 member programs fee pays for your monthly platform access to training, additional materials, and support. Members receive access to 2 (two) free Members-only online group coaching calls (normally the 1st and 3rd Thursday) and VIP discounts on special deep-dive training as available. 

Special 1-Year Guaranteed Investor Interest and engagement or Your Money Back Guarantee: Your success and professional growth is what drives us to serve. 

To be eligible for a full 100% cash refund you must meet the following requirements: 1.) Complete your LEAN Canvas form. 2.) complete all 17 assignments over the next 12 months 3.) deliever your formal completed investor pitch deck (all 10 slides per recognized Guy Kawasaki format) 4.) Deliver a formal live pitch via zoom to Pitchfreaks Membership 5.) Post your results each month in the Pitchfreaks private membership group page. 6.) Attend all 24 live group coaching calls -- You are not required to attend monthly Q&A.

If you have made all the moves as indicated above and have not secured investor interest and engagement, YOU CAN CHOOSE either to receive a 100% CASH REFUND of your membership payment OR have the Pitchfreak personally craft your pitch and present it to qualified, accredited investors on your behalf until you are able to get investor interest and engagement.

Pitchfreaks does not represent you as an agent nor has any control over your business model, financial model, technology stack, and management team. Pitchfreaks does not offer legal nor financial advice -- You are responsible to conduct your own research and due diligence before you engage in any relationship with an investor. Should you be introduced to an investor through Pitchfreaks, Pitchfreaks makes no warranty as to the credibility, professionalism, or standards of the investors with whom you are introduced. You are responsible for any investor relationship you engage in and hold Pitchfreaks harmless, indemnifying it against any legal disputes between you and any third party. 

 

Refund Request Submittal Process

 

Within the expressed period of time after your payment clearing (less than 31 days or after 365 days) You only need to send an email to "[email protected]" with the subject line "Refund". Our team will review your file and if you are under the 31 day window you will get a full and prompt refund (No longer than 7 days). 

If you have completed the full 12 month program AND satisfied your commitment as stated within your application for acceptance, then simply send an email to [email protected] with the subject line of "Refund" . Our team will review your file and determine if you have delivered upon your commitment as agreed as stated in your Pitchfreaks Academy membership Application. If so you will receive a full and immediate refund (No longer than 7 days). 

NO PARTIAL REFUNDS

You are either entitled to a FULL REFUND or NO REFUND. Canceling at any period after the 31st day from receiving your admission payment up to the 365th day of your program conclusion  constitutes a breach of your commitment as stated within the Pitchfreaks Academy Membership Application, as you have made a 12 Month commitment to the program.
